So what is this 3-day diet about? Well, first you record down everything that you eat for 3 days. This will help you understand what goes into your body. Then, you can analyse what you eat later and modify you diet to eat healthier! A combination of one weekday and the whole weekend would be the best days to analyse as during weekends, people usually eat out so this gives a bigger picture of your overall diet.
