Tracing my 3-Day Diet!

So what is this 3-day diet about? Well, first you record down everything that you eat for 3 days. This will help you understand what goes into your body. Then, you can analyse what you eat later and modify you diet to eat healthier! A combination of one weekday and the whole weekend would be the best days to analyse as during weekends, people usually eat out so this gives a bigger picture of your overall diet. What I have above is my 3-Day Diet that I have traced!

What is the purpose of this blog?

I hope that through this blog, you can realise that what goes into our bodies really affects everything in our lives. Eating is not just about satisfying hunger and taste, but it is about satisfying our body's daily requirements and leading a healthy lifestyle. The key concept for living healthy is BALANCE. Without balance, our lives will lean too much on one side and this may lead to diseases.
